Description
Flaky pollock tenders coated in honey mustard make a perfectly balanced taco when paired with crisp onion, sweet mango, creamy avocado, and melty cheese. Simple to prepare and big on flavor—this is a great weeknight option when you want something satisfying without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 6 pieces Gorton’s Go Saucy Wild Caught Pollock Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce

- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/3 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 6 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the tenders in a single layer. Bake for 17–19 minutes, flipping once after about 12 minutes so they cook evenly.
- While the tenders bake, thaw the included honey mustard sauce pouch in warm water.
- Warm tortillas, place a cooked tender on each, then top with diced red onion, mango, avocado, and shredded cheese. Squeeze lime over each taco and finish with a drizzle of honey mustard sauce.
